So I usually use a prescription to purchase this antihistamine. This month, I goofed. I'm out of antihistamine and the doctor's appointment is tomorrow. I decide I'll just buy it over the counter.
At www.walmart.com I search for "Cetirizine HCL 10mg" with "In-store" and
"Show available items only" selected.
Here are some of the first-page extraneous results:
- a higher dosage (25mg),
- "sponsored" links from third-party sellers, and
- other products Loratadine (Claritin), Diphenhydramine (Benadryl), Levocetirizine (Xyzal), Fexofenadine (Aller-ease).

So my best result is only 6 cents per tablet and only 88 cents plus tax for the whole purchase. Without paying attention I could pay up to $1.19 per tablet or up to $42.47 plus tax for the single purchase.
I compared these with CVS and Walgreens but there wasn't anything even close to $0.88. I don't even have to get dressed. I could go to Walmart with my curlers still in my hair, wearing my robe and slippers. I was able to find the Spirit 360 All Day Allergy Relief 10mg Cetirizine HCl on the bottom shelf of aisle G10. I just scanned for 0.88 and it was easy to find.
Maybe it's my lucky day.
